The makers of Similac baby formula, Abbott Laboratories Inc,is voluntarily recalling a heap of of the lot numbers of their powdered varieties, because there is a ‘very little possibility’ that they could integrate beetle larvae & little insect parts. 5Expensive but easy
By JMW
I use this to feed my daughter. Its expensive, but I don’t have to worry when it comes to mixing or finding water that I want to use. I likewise looked on numerous web sites ([....]) and it says this doesn’t integrate BPA (in the packaging). Most other formulas do.

5Great formula, Great prices on Amazon
By JTW
Similac adv RTF works outstanding for my daughter! I opted not to breastfeed, so she’s been on this formula since birth and is now 3 months. She has not gotten sick yet, and is growing and reaching all of her mileposts beautifully. We use the RTF formula because we find it more commodious to prepare. And altho it may just be a mental thing, I feel like it’s better for her tummy than mixing the powder and water myself. If you do Subscribe and Save and get the 6-packs of this Similac delivered to you per month it comes out for less than getting it at walmart (about 45 cents for less per quart!). Also check out diapers on Amazon: with subscribe and save and amazon mom discounts, you get 30% off the huge packs of huggies diapers. At walmart, a pack of 92 is $20. Buying in bulk and with the 30% off, I geta box of 160 size 1s delivered to my house for less than $24!

5Good For Babies Not Wanting Formula
By J. Perry
We tried feeding our baby Enfamil when he primary swopped to formula, but he hated the taste and refused it. Our friend told us that Similac was the best formula that equated to the taste of breastmilk. She actually purchased respective formulas and did a taste test. Our baby loves this formula and is thriving on it. Some humans have said the powder is hard to mix, but we have not had any problems. We have found that room temp bottled water mixes the best.
